We are honoured to have Bianca teaching her signature Synergy Vinyasa Method at My Asana, which she developed through her knowledge as a Physiotherapist, 30 years of Yoga Teaching and 25 years running Yoga Teacher Training.

 

The Synergy Vinyasa style combines the styles of Iyengar, Ashtanga, and traditional Hatha Yoga to give you a flowing, strengthening and nurturing practice.

 

Synergy classes focus on alignment, balance and flexibility. They involve 6 main sequences taught progressively over a 9 week period, however you can join the class at any stage in the 9 weeks.

 

Weekly classes: Wednesday 7-8am, Friday 10:30-11:30am

I have been practicing for 33 years and teaching for 30 years.

It is my life….LOL….there is nothing more rewarding than practicing and a real honour to be able to teach and help others.

I have practiced Iyengar, Ashtanga and other variations of Hatha yoga. From this experience and studying Physiotherapy, I have developed the Synergy Vinyasa style of yoga.

Giving students the experience of a meditative practice and removing them from “everyday” life for that time in class. I love helping people understand why they are doing what they are doing and seeing those “light-bulb” moments when they “get it”. Once they’ve got it, it’s there for life…and they will take that into their next practice and life outside the “mat”.
