My Asana is a boutique yoga and pilates studio offering a welcoming, tranquil oasis in the heart of the bustling eastern suburbs. Our vision is to create an environment that allows each student to explore and evolve within their own unique wellness journey. Whether you are looking to strengthen and align your body, challenge your mind, connect within or gain greater spiritual understanding, we have nourishing practices and teachers who can support you.
We offer a variety of classes in the traditions of Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha, Kundalini, Yin, Restorative, Pilates and more. Our classes are small with a focus on providing individual attention to each student, integrating spiritual studies with grounded knowledge to support the growth and expansion of mind, body and spirit.
Meet Tal – Owner of My Asana & Founder of Mindful Living Co
Tal is a yoga, meditation, and mindfulness educator with a postgraduate background in Positive Psychology, Psychotherapy, and Counselling. As the founder of My Asana, she aims to create a nurturing, inclusive space where wellbeing is accessible to everyone—regardless of age, ability, or life stage.
Through transformative workshops, retreats, classes and 1:1 work, Tal and the My Asana team guide individuals toward deeper self-connection using mindfulness, yoga and evidence-based practices. The approach blends the experiential richness of practice with the clarity of neuroscience, offering personalized techniques that honor each person’s unique mind, body, and lifestyle.
Tal's vision for My Asana is simple, a space where each person can explore what well being means to them. Unlike studios that focus solely on fitness-based yoga, each teacher brings a unique approach rooted in care, presence, and a genuine desire to support every individual’s journey—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. At My Asana we are more than a yoga studio, we are a family and a small wellness sanctuary that genuinely meets people where they are.
