Deepen your understanding of Yoga asanas (postures). In Iyengar Yoga, the Asanas are performed with technical precision following anatomical and physiological principles of alignment. Alignment starts with the physical body but goes deeper than that, generating an alert, focused, yet calm mind.
When the postures are performed with structural stability and good extension simultaneously, the effort is balanced.
