Follow the journey of six residents of a disadvantaged township in South Africa, as they embrace yoga and use it to overcome personal and societal challenges of poverty, crime, disease and government incompetence. Be moved by this beautiful story of a community transforming and shifting from despair to salvation, renewal and growth through the life-affirming practice of yoga.
Popcorn, nibbles and beverages provided. Everyone is welcome so please extend the invitation to your family, friends or neighbours!
