Be part of a supportive, inclusive group that will meet weekly to explore food, movement and lifestyle choices that enhance our daily lives, practice yoga and meditation, share our ups and downs and prepare for the busy end of year and active summer months ahead. Reset for Summer is a 4 week program to rejuvenate our mind, body and spirit. It includes:
- 5 Weekly Group Workshops – to discuss different lifestyle topics, share nutritional tips, explore the mind-body connection and self-care practices
- 3 Weekly Yoga or Pilates Classes – practice Restorative Yoga together after the weekly workshop and then choose two other Yoga or Pilates classes during the week (if you are on an Unlimited membership, you continue to attend as many classes as you want)
- Weekly Group Email and Whatsapp – to keep us on track and connected
When is it happening?
The program runs from 30 October – 27 November 2022.
Weekly workshops will take place on Sunday afternoons from 4:45-5:45pm, followed by a relaxing Restorative Class from 6:00-7:15pm.

20 November | Breathwork | Breathing techniques to improve our mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing |
27 November | Closing ceremony | We’ll come together for a beautiful ceremony to share our journey and close out the program |
What does it cost?
Your investment covers 5x 1 hr workshops, 3 classes per week and a whole lot of love and support along the way.
