Basics

yoga foundations – my asana

These classes are part of a four week rolling course, and are tailored to beginners wanting to start their yoga journey, and to more seasoned yogis wanting to sharpen their asana alignment. Classes are led at a slow, steady pace, working on a weekly theme, in a workshop style setting. Completing the 4 weeks will provide a confidence that will allow students to practice a flow class with safety and know how.

Cost: normal studio rates

teenage girls (13-18 years)

“Girls with Glow”
Each week will be themed differently with the intent to practice yoga & meditation in order to find the glow within!
The course will be structured with the intention to create the following:
– build a strong and confident mindset
– reduce anxiety & negative self criticism
– develop a connected relationship with ones body
– create a kind and curious awareness to oneself
– harmonise the mind, body & spirit
To ensure a place in each class, it’s recommended to book for the entire course.
If a class is missed, make up classes can be taken during any of our regular 6am, 7pm or 8:15pm classes.



teenage boys (13-18 years)

Teenage boys put their bodies under an enormous amount of stress and pressure – playground tussles, sports fields, studying over their desk, and even just slouching in front of their ipads and the TV. A regular yoga practice offers benefits in many aspects of their day to day lives, including strength, flexibility, calming, concentration and relaxation.
Maximum number of students per class is 18.
To ensure a place in each class, it’s recommended to book for the entire course.
If a class is missed, make up classes can be taken during any of our regular 6am, 7pm or 8:15pm classes.



tweens (8-12 years)

Thu 5:30-6:30pm
Our class are designed to introduce tweens to the principles and practice of yoga, breath work, mindfulness and meditation. We tune inward and connect with ourselves, we tune-in with our friends and connect as community. We build on strength, flexibility, co-ordination, concentration and confidence.
Maximum number of students per class is 18.
To ensure a place in each class, it’s recommended to book for the entire course.

Tweens Yoga in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs – Vaucluse, Rose Bay, Dover Heights
term 4: Thu 7 February – 4 April
time: 5:30pm – 6:30pm
cost: $176 (drop in $22) – for Term 1 – 9 week course

kids (3-7 years)

Introducing your child to yoga is a wonderful gift!
These fun, but focused classes will explore powerful breath and movement to work on stretching and strengthening growing muscles and bones. The children will also experience relaxation and calm as they are guided into savasana at the end of each class.
Maximum number of students per class is 14.
To ensure a place in each class, it’s recommended to book for the entire course.
