-with Dini Martinez –

Dates: Sun 6 May
Time: 9:30-11:30am

Living in tune with the seasons can bring a tremendous sense of harming and well-being to your body, mind and soul. In Ayurvea, autumn brings with it a predominance of air element and prana, life’s vital energy and subtle essence of change. It is the ideal season to let go of anything that no longer serves you, let go of negativity and sadness and plant the seeds for endless opportunities – on and off the mat.

This workshop incorporates

  • Yoga flow aimed to strengthen digestive and immune systems
  • Soul searching engagement to understand how autumn can best serve you
  • Yin sequence to balance meridians
  • Meditation and pranayama to relax, revive and prepare for the seasonal change

Cost : $45 prebook or $55 (cash at door)
