Angel is amazing! I love the Ashtanga classes with Angel. Class sizes are perfect and there is a good selection of classes.

Vinyasa classes are a rich and varied exploration, with pranayama and asana seamlessly interwoven.

Each class offers a different sequence, with common threads enabling students to continuously deepen our practice and grow.

Loving the Ashtanga classes! It’s been 20 years since I did Ashtanga and I’m hooked again!

My Asana is a little place of peace and tranquillity in the middle of the bustling Eastern Suburbs. The classes are varied and you will find a teacher that resonates with you. It's small and intimate which means you just do your own thing and there is no competition between yogis.

Lou is supportive, caring, understanding and very knowledgeable. The teachers I have encountered are professional and helpful. Lou's Foundation Yoga class is wonderful. Particularly as I have had back and hip surgery one needs to have confidence in your teacher so you are properly looked after and can move forward in your flexibility and improve the movement and stability in your body.

Excellent workshop venue. Easy to find and access, with a well-designed space that suited our needs perfectly. The cleanliness was top-notch, creating a professional atmosphere for our event. Highly recommend for anyone planning workshops or similar gatherings. Would definitely book again.
